Will my items look exactly like the one in your photo?

Since each item is hand made and the fabric cut accordingly, no items are exactly alike. Though we make every effort to accurately portray our products, as every monitor is different colors may vary. For those reasons, your item will be slightly different than the one pictured. We believe you will be happy with your item and your frenchie will be a standout.

Are your items washable?

Yes! We use quality, washable fabric for our items. However, in order to maintain their integrity, we recommend handwashing them in cold water, or use the gentle cycle. Since machine drying the items may cause the fabric to fade, hang or lay flat to air dry them for long-lasting wear. Please do NOT tumble dry. Use a cool iron if necessary.

Will the items fit my frenchie?

Our items are made to fit most frenchies. Currently, we offer two sizes which we have found to be average sizes for most frenchies. However, we understand that frenchies come in all sizes. If you have any concerns, please let us know your frenchie’s size (neck, chest and length) so we can make sure of the fit before sending them out to you. You can refer to our measurement chart to see if you are measuring your frenchie correctly. If we find that the selected size may not fit properly and we are unable to make the necessary accomodations, we will contact you. We may also be able to make slight changes for a nominal fee. Please contact us with any questions or inquiries.

Do you carry larger sizes or plan on carrying larger sizes?

Currently, we offer two sizes S/M (small/medium) and M/L (medium/large). Though the fit of our tops have been altered to accommodate a better fit for a wider range of frenchies sizes, we understand that our tops are still a bit too snug for some. At this time, we do not plan on adding a third, larger size to our range but we are more than happy to discuss custom sizing for your frenchie. We really want you to be happy and will try our best whenever possible.

 

Will your items fit breeds other than a frenchie?

Although we specialize in frenchie sizes for our tops, our cooling bandanas are not breed specific, and would fit any breed based on the neck sizes. Please check the measurements in the pulldown menu for more information. You can always email us if you are unsure of the fit or would like to request a larger size. There may be an additional fee for larger or custom sizes.

How long will it take for my order to ship out?

Since every item is hand made with care, it may take a few days for your order to ship. In the case it takes longer than normal, we will notify you. During the holiday season, there will be a longer wait. Please let us know at the time of order if you need the order fulfilled by a particular date. We will do what we can to make it happen.

Please note that the rates are set by the USPS and not by us. Expedited domestic shipping via priority shipping is also available for an additional charge. Let us know at checkout if you require expedited shipping. We will inform you of the price difference.

*Important : Please note that some countries assess import tax. We have no control over this nor the amount that is assessed. Customer is responsible for paying any duties that is assessed. Please check with your country’s Customs Department for detailed information.
